Clare’s CHAT

For the. next feature for the business spotlight, I have heard from Clare from Clare’s CHAT. Clare is a holistic therapist and Reiki teacher based in Penrith.

Clare’s journey had a fiery start in 2016 when she took part in a transformative fire walking experience. This led her down the path of personal growth while exploring Native American, Shamanic and Buddhist practices. Alongside this, Clare studied Reiki and crystal healing.

Clare took these passions and used them as the foundation for her business. Clare’s chat uses a unique energy fusion together with the Four Winds that come with Mother Nature, and the occasional dragon, they offer a holistic approach to well-being.

Clare aims to empower clients through 1-2-1 sessions, drumming circles, fire ceremony, cacao ceremony, workshops, cold water therapy, or passing the magic of reiki. The heart of her work is witnessing clients achieve their full potential.

Fun fact! Clare does not just work with humans, but animals too! Working with horses and household pets (although any creature can benefit).
